Metrita Wealth Management are Independent Financial Advisers and Mortgages Brokers, we are based in the beautiful market town of Bury St Edmunds, in the heart of East Anglia. At Metritá Wealth Management we provide Independent Financial advice to individuals, small and corporate businesses.

For the provision of our professional wealth management and advice services, you can choose how you want to pay for these from a given menu of options which can be tailored to suit your needs.

Prior to commencing any aspect of our work we need to agree with you the services you would like us to deliver and how you will pay for them. No charge will be made until it has been agreed with you and all our initial meetings are provided on an “at cost to us basis”.

Andrew Ross

DipCII, DipFSM, CertCII(MP&ER)

Andrew started his own Independent Financial Advice business in 2013. He originally joined Midland Bank (now HSBC) back in 1994 and spent 18 successful years with them before starting a new challenge within the industry.

During his time with the bank he initially worked in personal banking before moving on to provide regulated Mortgage Advice and then to provide Personal, Business and Corporate Financial Planning. This allowed him to build up considerable expertise across all areas of financial advice, including 6 years as a trusted Premier Independent Financial Adviser.

As you would expect Andrew is a dedicated professional and is committed to continued professional development to build upon his existing extensive range of qualifications. Andrew passionately believes that taking the time to establish good financial plans is one of the most important things you can do. Good Financial Planning will help you to meet your ambitions and dreams and make these become a reality, whether it is buying a dream home, saving for a special event or insuring that your loved ones are protected.

Andrew lives in Suffolk and outside of work enjoys an active lifestyle participating in a range of different pastimes and spending time with his daughter and friends.

Emma Bryant

Cert CII(MP)

Emma started her career in banking with Barclays Bank after completing sixth form education. She spent 7 years with them as a Personal banker specialising in all aspects of personal banking.

Emma firmly believes in good customer service and has excellent interpersonal skills. In 2016 Emma looked to develop her career and decided to move into Independent Financial Advice joining Andrew Ross initially as his personal assistant, whilst at the same time additionally studying to become a qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser, which she accomplished in 2018, achieving her Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice.

Emma specialises in providing Mortgage Advice and Personal Protection Advice to all our clients.

In her spare time Emma enjoys performing in shows with her amateur dramatics group and also sings with a local choir. She lives locally and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her four-legged friend Barley.

Charlotte MacDonald

Charlotte started her career following in her Father and Grandfathers footsteps by joining HSBC Bank. After 12 years successful years of working in personal banking and audit, Charlotte decided to change her career path to join Greene King in the finance team.

In 2020 following her maternity leave, Charlotte has joined the team as a personal/office administration assistant . Charlotte is committed to providing excellent customer service and always looks to go the extra mile for clients.

Charlotte lives locally and enjoys walks with her husband, daughter, and dog. Among many interests she particularly enjoys playing netball and travelling.

Lucinda Nurse

Lucinda started her career in hospitality before then spending some time travelling around Australia in 2015. On her return she started her career within the estate agency industry. In 2017 she decided to refocus her career path within financial services and whilst working for Mortgage Republic she studied to gain her Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice and became a qualified Mortgage Adviser.

Lucinda strives to provide a smooth experience when assisting with client’s mortgages at a time when purchasing and moving or re-mortgaging a property can be a stressful time in life. Lucinda provides Mortgage and Protection Advice to all of our clients. She also specialises in providing advice around buy to let properties both residential and funding these for limited companies.

Outside of work Lucinda loves spending time with friends and family and travelling when she has the chance. She also enjoys staying active with participating in a local netball team, running and horse riding.

Lee Johnson

DipPFS, BA Hons

Lee graduated from University with a degree in Business Management, after which he started his career in financial services. He initially joined the Co-operative Insurance Society as a Trainee Financial Adviser, before spending 14 years working in Financial Planning and Wealth Management at HSBC.

Lee’s time in the industry means that he has considerable experience in advising clients on achieving their financial goals. Specifically, his experience has entailed working with individuals, families, and businesses that are keen to understand what to do for the best in accumulating and preserving their wealth.

It has always been an ambition of Lee’s to practice as an Independent Financial Adviser. He relishes the opportunity to offer professional advice, with an unbiased view of the solutions available to meet his clients’ needs. He is a champion of building long term relationships and is committed to doing so, whilst developing long term financial plans to meet clients aspirations and objectives.

Lee lives in the village of Capel St Mary with his partner Emma, two children, and the family French Bulldog Eric, when he is not enjoying time with his family, you will find Lee on the Golf course.
